What’s the most random impulse purchase you regret this month? Mine was a fancy mug warmer I thought I’d use while checking my home battery stats and energy graphs. Turns out I used it exactly once, and now it’s just sitting there like a tiny reminder of questionable decisions. Curious what everyone else ended up buying that made you go, “Yeah… probably didn’t need that.”

Mine was a “smart power strip” that was supposed to help me track standby loads. Turns out it drops Wi-Fi every other day. I spent more time rebooting the strip than actually measuring anything.

Picked up a motion-activated drawer light for the kitchen. Looked cool in the ad. In real life? It goes off every time I walk by, so now opening that drawer at night feels like a mini interrogation scene. My wife hates it. I hate it. The kids love it… which somehow makes it worse.
