When you can actually see the data, a lot of "I think this uses a lot of power" guesses don't hold up very well. What was the first thing you did differently after you put in your home battery and started keeping track of how much you used it? What did you stop doing once you saw the numbers?
Was it changing the timing of your laundry or dishwasher, changing how you use your HVAC, killing a standby load you didn't know about, changing your backup reserve, or just being stricter about what stays on during peak hours? And when did you know for sure that this was the problem? Was it a big spike, a constant overnight draw, or the battery draining faster than you thought it would?
