Hey everyone! I'm new here and I'm hoping for some help with an issue I'm having with my home battery system. For the first few months, the Wi-Fi data stick was working great, feeding real-time data to the app on my phone. Recently however, it's just stopped. The app now says the device is "offline" or shows it as an "unknown stick," and the light on the dongle itself is blinking strangely. I've already tried the basic fix of unplugging and re-plugging the stick, but that hasn't worked. I suspect the communication port on the inverter itself might be stuck or locked up and is no longer responding to the dongle. Before I consider a full system shutdown and reboot, which I'd like to avoid, has anyone experienced this? Is there a known way to reset or reboot the inverter's communication port without cycling the power to the entire battery system? Any technical suggestions or advice would be a huge help. Thanks!
