How do you usually spend your evenings during a blackout when your home battery keeps everything running without stress? Some people treat it like a quiet night in, others catch up on shows, and a few even use it as an excuse to enjoy the peaceful vibe while the neighborhood goes dark. Curious what your go to blackout routine is when your system takes care of the heavy lifting.

I kind of use blackouts as an excuse to slow down. I’ll read or tinker around the house, maybe check the app once or twice just to make sure the battery’s not dropping faster than I want. As long as the essentials stay powered, it’s surprisingly chill.

After spending months building my setup, I actually like sitting back during an outage and letting it do its thing. I’ll keep a couple lights on, maybe put on some music, and just enjoy the fact that I don’t have to run outside to fire up a generator anymore. It’s one of the few times the house feels completely under control.
