Hoping to simplify my energy routines before the holidays get busy

I am looking at my energy routines and realizing things got more complicated than they need to be. With the holidays coming up and people staying over, I want everything to run smoothly without me having to babysit the system. My battery, the grid monitor, and all the little automations I added during the year feel like they are stepping on each other. Some days everything works perfect and other days it feels slightly out of sync. I am in Rhode Island and November is usually when I start organizing the house, so I figured it might be a good time to clean up my energy setup too. Has anyone simplified their routines and seen a real improvement?

Cleaning up routines this time of year actually makes a big difference. Systems tend to run smoother when they only juggle a few clear tasks instead of ten half-overlapping ones. Did you already try turning off the routines you barely use anymore to see if the whole setup gets more stable?

I hit that same point last year. Too many little automations stacking on top of each other made the whole system feel jittery. Cutting it down to the basics helped a ton. Once the battery, grid monitor, and charge window were the only things calling the shots, everything felt steadier.
