Battle Born battery failure

I’ve been running three 100Ah Battle Borns with a Victron MultiPlus for four years without a hitch... until now. every time I try to kick on the AC (pulling about 120A), the whole system just shuts down.
I did some digging and realized the positive terminal posts on all three batteries are loose internally. if I put even a little pressure on the post, the power cuts in and out
I’ve seen a few other people online mentioning this same loose post issue.

my connections have always been tight and I check them twice a year, so I don't think it was arcing or external heat damage. it looks like a straight up internal failure. anyone else dealt with this?

With three 100Ah Battle Borns and a Victron MultiPlus, a 120A pull should be manageable, so the shutdown plus loose posts points to intermittent high resistance at the terminal. That can trigger low voltage, BMS protection, or a hard disconnect under load. I would check each battery one at a time with a lighter controlled load and monitor voltage drop, but only if the terminals are not moving.

If the positive posts on all three Battle Born 100Ah batteries wiggle internally and you can make power cut in and out, I would document it with video and contact Battle Born right away.
