Hi everyone, quick community update for the Home Battery Forum.

A few years back, we offered a dedicated mobile app for the forum and many members really liked it. We ended support once it became clear that the company behind it was not handling user data in a way we could stand behind. Protecting this community and your privacy comes first for us, always.

We have been looking for a better option ever since, and Gather is the next step. It is a new mobile app built specifically for forum communities, with privacy and responsible data handling at the center of it.

This could be really useful for keeping up with battery threads on the go. Mobile browser works, but it’s clunky in long discussions.

Thanks for the update. I would rather have no app than an app with sketchy data handling, so this makes sense. I am on the waitlist and I will try it when it is out.

Nice, I’d actually use an app if it makes it easier to follow long threads.
