EG4 6500EX won't charge after low-voltage shutdown

I've got an off-grid system with the EG4 6500EX and a couple of server rack batteries. My issue is that if the batteries get discharged enough for the inverter to shut off for low voltage, it won't restart charging until the sun comes back up. I've tried tweaking all the voltage settings in the menu likte Discharge Control, Warning, Cut-off, etc and even tried the default settings given by Signature Solar, but nothing seems to work. The only way I can get it to start charging again is to manually change a setting and then change it back. It's frustrating because it requires me to babysit the system just to get it to wake up. Has anyone with a similar setup found a reliable set of settings that allow the inverter to automatically resume charging from solar the next day? Appreciate any and all help!

Try setting the Back to Grid voltage a little bit higher than the cut-off voltage (like 48.5–49V). If there's an Auto Restart option, turn that on too. This way, charging kicks in as soon as the voltage bounces back up. Also, some people set their Discharge Control a bit higher so the system doesn't drain too much overnight.

That is actually a known quirk with the EG4 6500EX when it hits a low-voltage shutdown. Manually changing your setting is just clearing the error flag. Instead, try setting your Low DC Cut Off around 47.0V and your Battery Restart Voltage around 48.0V. You need to set the cut-off slightly higher than the battery's BMS limit and ensure the Restart Voltage gives the inverter enough headroom to reliably sense the solar boost and wake up before the battery drops too far again. Also always double-check that Setting 01 is on SOL or SBU!
